Fit Night Out™ is a new concept — but don’t worry It’s Simple!!! There are only a few things to think about:

 

1.  Work Out

 Wear something you are comfortable in. You should be able to move — we will be dancing, stretching and overall rocking out so don’t get too fancy! Even if you choose to skip the workout and just do the other fun stuff, chill out – it’s good for you

2. Eat

We have picked healthy and tasty food vendors just for you — eat up!  We don’t ask you about your allergies, so make sure you check in with the chefs to avoid problems.

3.  Drink

What would girls night out be without libations?? And….Who couldn’t use a drink after dancing with reckless abandon?  We know that workouts and drinks don’t immediately seem to go together, but trust us our bartenders will fix that misconception and you’ll like it!!!

4.  Shop

The vendors at Fit Night Out™ intrigue you with fun and useful stuff - not a hard sell - so go look around – you may even find some free samples! Most vendors are local, we believe supporting your community adds to the fun.


5. Relax

Chill out, enjoy the pampering stations and healthy living lessons at Fit Night Out™ — every month we change them up, but they are always soothing and beneficial.  So, whether kicking your heels up for a foot rub or learning how to roll out your sore muscles, we guarantee treats to relax your mind, body and soul.

6. HAVE FUN

 Last and MOST important – HAVE FUN!!! It’s ok if all you do is check out the food and never workout (although, we do hope you will)…we don’t care if we need to call a cab to follow you home because all your purchases won’t fit in your car… we don’t care what you do as long as you have fun!!! We know everyone is different and Fit Night Out™ appreciates that!  So do you – just make it fun!!
